General terms and conditions:

• Once booked, classes cannot be refunded or transferred.
• All classes are an academic hour – 55 minutes. 
• All classes start at an organised time, with no refund for student lateness. 
• Any abuse of tutors or other students will result in the student being removed from the class with no refund. 
• If a student doesn’t participate or the tutor believes that the student isn’t serious about learning English then the tutor may remove the student from class without a refund. 

 

Children’s classes:

• Parents can be present, but parents cannot participate in the lesson – failure to comply will result in your child being removed from the class with no refund. 

• Students should follow the tutor’s instructions as much as possible, failure to do so will result in the student being removed from the class without a refund.
• Only one child per Zoom account, multiple students on one screen will result in removal from the class without a refund. 
• For child safety, the student’s cameras MUST be on for the children’s classes, failure to comply will result in the student being removed from the class without a refund. 

 

Adult classes (general English and IELTS):

• Cameras can be turned off but participation is necessary. Failure to respond to a tutor could result in removal from the class without a refund. 
• Abuse of a tutor or other students will result in removal from the class without a refund.
• Only one student per Zoom account, if multiple students are present, then the student will be removed from the class without a refund.  

• To receive a refund, students must; have attended the class, entered the classroom before or at the start time, and not break any of the Terms and Conditions above.
• Contact customer service either on your account, on the live chat or via email on the contact form within 30 days of the class.
